PLEASE NOTE: An NLA login will be required to view the E-clips clipbooks. You can obtain your NLA Media Access credentials by contacting the NLA Media Access team directly via their contact page: https://www.nlamediaaccess.com/contact-us/.

The option to create clipbooks allows the user to save the image and text of your coverage to PDF(s).

Creating a new Clipbook(s)

Firstly you will need to locate the coverage you wish to select and save to a clipbook. You can view a full instructional on searching the Monitoring Inbox HERE.

When selecting a range of content, we'll automatically separate content based on it's license and offer the user two links on the clipbook admin page. Both versions (eClips and non-eClips) allow you to view on the web-based PDF.

Select articles and click 'Clipbook' along the toolbar. Max 100 articles. Give you Clipbook a name and click 'Create' >

A pop up will appear on the top right which will take you to the Clipbooks you have previously created >

From here you can then select the buttons to view. eClips articles will be compiled into a separate clipbook PDF, detached from non-eClips content (NLA Login required).

For detailed instructions on obtaining your NLA credentials, refer to the NLA login guidance available in the section above.

You will also have the ability from here to Delete and Edit Clipbooks. Edit allows you to rename the clipbook >

Viewing Historic Clipbooks

All clipbooks can be accessed via the Monitoring Inbox admin area, just click "Tags" on the top right >

You will have the option to select "clipbooks" on the left. From here you can then select the view buttons. eClips articles will be compiled into a separate clipbook PDF, detached from non-eClips content >
