Features
The Features row of buttons will allow you to edit your coverage with several options >
Exclude from List – Is a Delete button which removes the article entirely from the platform (if you make a mistake and delete something let our support team know asap.
Forward News – Allows you to select and then send across coverage to whom ever you like via email. This will look like the daily alerts you receive. You can also choose how you would like it to look and what to include. Click HERE for a full guide.
Preview Report – Allows you to download and save a clip listing. This will be laid out like a contents page with links to the coverage.
Create Outlet List – Links with the Database module and allows you to create a Group of the Outlets you have selected coverage from.
Analytics – We will cover this in more details HERE. This is your charting area.
Show Wordcloud – Allows you to view the trending keywords within the selected articles, in a graphic Wordcloud.
Bulk Updates
The Bulk Update row of functions allow you to analyse your coverage and prepare data for charting >
Sentiment – The platform will automatically assign sentiment to each article, however as this is done using an algorithm, errors can be made. This allows you to change the sentiment of selected articles.
Category – Allows you to assign coverage to certain categories set up in your account. Contact the Support team if you wish to amend/set this up.
Add Additional Tag – Allows you to add Tags to the articles selected. E.g. Automation has picked up a reference of a competitor, but you know another is eluded to, but not mentioned, you are able to manually add this.
Link to Issue – Links with the Subjects module and therefore allows you to attribute coverage selected to an overarching Subject. This also creates a chart in the charting area.
Link to Release – Links with the Distributions module and therefore allows you to attribute coverage selected to a press release. This is turn populates a chart in the charting area.
Comments – Allows you to add comments to each article.
Analysis - Allows you to add comments to the Analysis area of the Article Overview Page.
User – It is possible to assign users of the platform to articles.
Remove Tags – Allows you to remove tags which have been added to the articles automatically.
