Firstly navigate to the New Monitoring module >

Once you have set your parameters, add your coverage to the briefcase, just as though you are about to run a report. You can refer to the Media Monitoring instructional for help with filters and searching for your coverage.

Next click into your briefcase:

On the top right of the screen, you may click the arrow next to PRINT, then select 'Export to Excel', this will typically download coverage data based on columns selected. Please note this will also include the URL link to the coverage:

You may also download individual pieces of coverage via the platform for the different source types:

Web Content (Online/Twitter) - The coverage source URL link will download if you use the above option and download to excel.

Broadcast - To download broadcast clips you can click into the article summary, via the main monitoring page:

Once on the Article Summary page, you will see the option to download the clip, which will allow download to an MP3. If this option is not shown, you will need to speak to the support team to purchase credits:

Print - Make sure you have the relevant sharing licences before proceeding to download or print coverage from Print sources.

Just click the icon to view the coverage in the browser, then download or print:
