Analytics - Stats (Quickview)
If you require a quick look at your coverage in a pre determined set of charts. You will firstly need to locate the coverage by the usual means (Filters, OR Saved Searches).
Now you can click the below icon, found on the top right of your screen:
This will provide you with the following charts showing the metrics of the currently selected set of coverage:
β
In the Stats view you can download the individual chart to a JPG file by clicking the blue icon in the top right corner of each chart.
Here's the list of chart on offer in the Stats view:
Reach Vs Coverage By Date - This allows you to see a side by side look at volume of coverage, versus the potential sets of eyes who have seen the articles. Remember this is based on the outlets circulation, monthly visits or audience figures (depending on the type of media).
Sentiment - This shows the tone of voice for the set of articles selected. This is derived from AI analysing the words used within the articles.
Top Tags - These are your top tags, based on how much coverage mentions them.
Top Tag Groups - This is a total of how many articles mention the Tags relevant to the Tag Groups.
Top Outlets - Number of articles from outlets with the highest number of articles.

Top Media Types - Article numbers based on the type of media they are from.
Analytics - Default Charts
The other way of looking at your coverage through charts is by our deeper analysis set of charts. These can be found by clicking the Icon in the top LEFT of the screen:
As soon as you click this icon, you'll see a dashboard of charts populate. These are all based on the content from the filters on the left.
These charts will continue to be updated as you click further filters on the left.
If you checked the box next to any of your coverage from the initial list view, then ONLY that coverage will show metrics in the charts:
As you can see from the above screenshot, there are MANY charts to choose from and a few of them aren't populating because of the coverage found from my search filters i.e. only Online coverage.
If you wish to download ALL the charts above to a PDF, you will find the option for this on the top right of the set of charts:
Each type of chart will have different editing options within this dashboard, just click the 3 horizontal lines on the top right of the chart. There are also additional options you will find in the Deep Dive Guide.
