Article Flagging

Collecting important coverage in a Monitoring Inbox search has become easier with the Article Flagging feature in Vuelio.

Once you have completed a search, you can select and flag the important articles or content you may need to collate or escalate. In List View, you can see the flag icon to the right of the coverage. In Table View, Flagging has its own column:

You can flag coverage individually in 2 different ways. From the main Landing page in list view or by clicking into an Article.

On the right-hand side of list view, you can see the Flag icon where you click to select and deselect:

Once you have clicked into an article, you can flag this coverage by selecting the Icon in the top right corner.

Flag is also an option to use the update function at the top of the screen.

Once you have selected your coverage/content, click on Update and select Flag.

Here you can either add flags in bulk or remove flags in bulk. Then just press Update

Please note that bulk flagging hundreds of articles will take a moment for the interface to update.

You can also filter your coverage search by flagged articles using the Flag filter in the dropdown options on the left-hand side.

If you click through to the refine section, you can also narrow your search to just flagged articles this way as well.
