In this section of a Contact Profile we you can see journalist enquiries related to that contact.
If you are met with the following menu, this means the Journalist Enquiries is not part of your Vuelio Package. However, you can request a trial and speak with your account manager to explore this module.
In the About tab, you can see the list of this contact's enquiries showing the title and all related categories.
To see a more detailed list, you can click into the tab next to where it says About:
This tab will list the contact's most recent enquiries, giving further information:
Status - Whether the enquiry is open or closed.
Outlet - Which News Outlet the enquiry has come from.
Summary/Enquiry Type - The Title or Summary of the enquiry and what type (Review, Case study, Article Information, etc.).
Media Type - The enquiry's related media type (Consumer Media, National Newspaper.
Categories - List for categories related to this enquiry.
Sender - The contact and their position who submitted the enquiry.
Submission and Deadline Date - The dates of when the enquiry was submitted and its deadline.
Once you have found the enquiry you are interested in, you can click into the enquiry to give you a summary:
From here, you can use "View Full Enquiry", which will direct you to ResponseSource to begin the process of following up on this Enquiry.
