A breakdown of how to set up sending and receiving Journalist Enquiries within Vuelio

The Journalist Enquiries Service is accessible via Vuelio. Here is how you can set this up and connections to ResponseSource.

To access Journalist Enquiries within Vuelio, you can select it from the Sub-menu under the Communicate column:

When you first access Journalist Enquiries you have 2 menus to select.

In-App Inbox

Set up

Using the guide, you can set up your search filters for Categories, Date Parameters and Keywords.

Categories

You can select the categories that align with your areas of expertise. This will ensure you only receive high-impact enquiries from journalists actively seeking sources in these specific sectors.

Date Parameters

Choose how far ahead you want to view enquiries. As journalists often need responses quickly, customising this setting ensures your workflow is optimised for both urgent wins and long-term planning.

Keywords

This is an optional step, but highly recommended. Add specific keywords to instantly filter your feed and find only the most relevant, high-impact media opportunities.

Once the above is complete, you can press "View Enquiries"

Email Alerts

This section is dedicated to the email alerts service.

On this tab, you can configure your Email Alerts to receive journalist enquiries directly in your email inbox. This page will walk you through your options and link you directly to your ResponseSource settings for you to amend.

Subscription Categories

Below this, your currently active category subscriptions are displayed.

You can also add more Categories to your subscription. Once you have clicked into "Add More Categories", you can select and submit your desired categories for upgrade:
