In this guide we'll be looking at other editing options you have to the Canvas as a whole, not just options to adding tiles.

Firstly, navigate to your Canvas page and click the Edit button at the top:

Let's cover the top options first:

  1. Once you've finished editing your Canvas, View will allow you to go back to the Canvas full view.

  2. Edit will give you all the editing options which we'll go through in this guide.

  3. This will allow you to add new tiles to the Canvas, check out THIS guide for details in full.

  4. This dropdown allows you to select from a list of existing Canvas Walls. From here you can also create a new wall. Click HERE for a guide.

  5. This option allows you to copy the currently selected Canvas. It will copy all content across. Then then allows for easy editing of the tiles if you wish to have the same layout and types of tiles on the wall.

  6. The name of the currently selected Canvas.

  7. Rename the currently selected Canvas.

  8. If you Share your Canvas another browser window will open. The URL of this page is shareable and whoever you send this to will be able to view the Canvas you created. They will NOT have access to Edit.

  9. Make this currently selected wall the default one which pops up when you enter the Canvas.

  10. This button provides you with an embed code for HTML coded sites so your wall can be integrated. This is also where you can delete the selected Wall.

Options on the left hand side of the screen include the header logo selection, for a full guide click HERE.

Further, see below for more options:

Wall Folder:

When you create a wall you have the option to saving to a certain folder. This is so you can manage your Canvas Walls into Newsletters, Reports etc.

Wall Configurations:

Wall Marked as Public - This allows you to include of exclude sharing options. If you only want users of the platform to view and edit the Canvas, mark the wall as Private. Just click to move the slider. The Sharing option will disappear and you will not be able to share the Canvas to social media.

Prevent Indexing - This option prevents the ability for the Canvas to be searchable by searching sites such as Google.

Layout Options:

Show Tiles from Top to Bottom/Show Tiles from Left to Right - As the options suggest, this slightly changes the layout of tiles.

Sort tiles from Last to First/First to Last - As the options suggest, this slightly changes the layout of tiles.

Show Header Logo - Allows the header to be displayed in the top right corner of the Canvas.

Social Media Options:

As long as the above option of making the wall public has been switched on, you will then be able to select certain social media websites to share your wall to. The icons to each social media site will then be available to click on the main Canvas Wall page.

Select Template:

This option allows you to choose from a number of different layouts. This will affect the overall look of the Canvas Wall.
