The Quicksearch is found at the very top of the platform.

It's always in the same place so if you need to find an influencer or outlet quickly.

Contact Profiles

Simply type the name of the profile you wish to see and click into it. In the image below this Journalist has two instances so I've clicked the Guardian instance >

Profile information is obtained by our Research team from numerous sources to provide you with the most up to date information possible.

Once in the profile, there are several area's to highlight >

(1) Functions - On the top right you will find a row of functions, or actions you can take with this specific profile:

Set Relationship

This option allows users of your organisation to mark contacts via a traffic light system, we suggest Green for supporters or classed as "Good" contacts, Yellow could be used to highlight those which have been or to be engaged, and Red for those contacts who are not supporters.

All users at your organisation will see these relationships and also allows you to use the Relationship filter in the Contacts Search area.

Save

The Save option allows you to add the contact to either a Group that has been created previously, or click 'New' to create and Save to a new one.

If you wish to save the details of the current profile, the Download option will allow you to save all data to a PDF document. This document will not only provide you with a copy of all data we hold on the contact, but also confirmation of all your touch points, including:

Coverage they have recently created, both in general and where your keywords have been mentioned.

Coverage keywords summarising what industry topics they talk about aswell as keywords they have mentioned recently.

Details of the Outlet they work for.

Groups they are currently added to in the platform.

The PDF even provides a Briefing page to allow you to prep for your upcoming meeting with the contact, including space to set Purpose, Topics to cover during the conversation and Follow up details.

Actions

The Actions option allows input of specific data which in some cases links back to reporting and other modules in the platform:

Add Private Data - This allows you to add further contact details like alternative telephone or email details. Use relevant dropdowns and click 'Save Changes' once done >

Forget Contact - This allows you to unsubscribe the contact from your Database, take note of the pop up message >

Add Interactions - See THIS guide for adding Interactions.

Records

This option provides details of how you have linked the contact in your platform e.g. how many Groups the contact has been added to, or how many Distributions have been sent to them. Just click into each to see further itemisation.

Comments

Comments allow you to add general notes to the profile about the relevant contact. These can be seen and amended by all users at your organisation.

(2) Profile Summary - This area allows further insight into the contact including their name, profile picture, link to the Outlet they work for, topics they are assigned to in the Database (we use this for categorisation) and a Vuelio Score.

Vuelio Score/Rating - Out of 100. This is a Vuelio "home-brewed" metric which confirms how engaging the contact / outlet is. It takes into account engagement on social media, media type they are attached to and their SEO score.

(3) Contact information - Including email, phone numbers, addresses and website details. Sometimes you will also find links to social media profiles.

(4) 'About' Tab - Biography information which has been collated by our research team as well as a link to the contacts posts on X if we have their details.
