How do I login to the Database?

You may login to the Vuelio Database via https://app.vuelio.com/

If you receive an error stating that your account already exists while trying to register:

  • This indicates that your email is already linked to an existing account.

  • Go to the Vuelio login homepage: Vuelio Sign-In.

  • Use the "Forgot your password?" link to reset your password if necessary. This will allow you to regain access to your account.

2. Message: "You Don’t Have an Account"

If Vuelio does not recognize your account:

  • This often occurs if a registration link was not used previously to activate your account.

  • Contact support or use the registration link sent to you by Vuelio to set up your account.

  • Once your account is set up, you can log in via the homepage.

  • For additional guidance, access instructional materials and videos at the Vuelio Help Center.

If you are experiencing difficulties logging into your Vuelio account, follow these steps:

1. Clear Your Browser Cache

Your browser cache can store outdated or corrupted data that hampers functionality. Clearing the cache often resolves this issue:

  • Access your browser settings.

  • Find the option to clear browsing history and cache.

  • Reload the Vuelio platform and attempt to log in again.

2. Use an Incognito or Private Browsing Window

Some browser extensions or settings may interfere with functionality. To rule this out:

  • Open a new private/incognito window in your browser.

  • Navigate to the Vuelio platform and try logging in again.

3. Try a Different Browser

Ensure your browser isn’t causing the problem by switching to another browser (e.g., from Chrome to Firefox). This can sometimes bypass compatibility issues.

4. Use the Correct URL

Always access the Vuelio platform through the official link: https://app.vuelio.com/

I've forgotten my password, how do I get back into the Database?

Click into the Forgotten Password button on the login screen, if this is not possible or does not work for you, contact [email protected] with a screenshot of your issue.

How to add users to the Database

To add new users to your Vuelio account, ensure that your account has unused user slots or licenses. If you have exceeded your current user limit, you may need to deactivate an existing user to create space for a new one. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Submit User Details: Provide details for the new user(s), including their name and email address.

  2. Administration Setup: An account administrator will complete the addition of the user and send the necessary setup links, which include password reset instructions and login guidance. New users will also receive an email confirmation.

Currently, due to restrictions relating to subscriptions and payment, we are unable to provide you with a self help tool to create your own users. Therefore as long as you have enough licenses you may contact [email protected] and they will arrange for a new login to be created.

Who do I talk to regarding my contract, subscription or renewal details?

All of the above queries can be dealt with via your Account Manager at Vuelio, if you are unsure who this is, you may contact [email protected] in the first instance.

How can I schedule and access training for Vuelio?

Best Practice

Saved Searches

Use Saved Searches across all modules on the platform to remeber your searches you run on a day to day. In the Database, this helps to keep your lists live, check out our Saved Search Guide for more information.

Group Types

Create bespoke Groups you create via the Media Database and save them in accordance to topics or themes. You can then add "Group Types" to the Group afterwards, to aid in filtering your Groups in the future. Click HERE for more on Group Types.
