Whether you need to quickly find a specific contact or to build a new list of media in a particular sector Vuelio helps you find what you need quickly and easily.

If you already know who you're looking for you can use the quick search in the top navigation bar to get straight to their profile. Click HERE for a full guide.

Search by keyword

Firstly, navigate to the 'Contacts' module using the menu in the top left corner >

The 'Search Profiles' box allows you to look up specific keywords which appear in the profiles of the contacts in the database. If you enter multiple keywords the results will bring up contacts which match ANY of these. Results will appear on the right >

The Search Recent Coverage box on the left has it's own dedicated guide, which can be found HERE >

Refine your search results with filters

To refine your search, use the filters. The main options below are highlighted, we'll cover a few more in the "Show More" section below too:

Topic Filter

If you expand the Topic filter, you can type into the 'Search' box to find a topic, or use the blue arrow, you expand the selected Topic for more specific areas. You can select multiple topics using the + icon. The results populated will be contacts assigned to any of the Topics selected >

Media Type

As with the topics above, there are different levels of each of the media types. You may select multiples of these too. Results will reflect contacts which are assigned to any of the selected types of media, as well as matching other filters already selected >

Position

Also a good filter to target contacts with a certain Job title/position. It is also possible to select more than one of these (just press enter after each one) and the results will reflect contacts with the keywords entered in their job title >

Click HERE for a full guide on using the Target Area filter.

'Show More' Filters

Most of these are quite self explanatory, but we'll cover a couple of these in more depth >

Audience Type

This search allows you to choose the outlets which are aligned to a certain audience, Trade / Consumer etc >

Focus

This search allows you to help with choosing outlets which have a certain focus, in terms of coverage e.g. National /Regional etc >

The results on the right hand side update as you add more filters.

Note: If you have several subscriptions, UK, International etc, you will also be able to utilize the Country filter.

Once you're happy with your selections you can add contacts to a group by checking the box next to chosen contacts, or selecting the checkbox at the top to select all, then click 'Save' >

Once you have created your Group, here's a quick instructional on how to find them >
