Groups and options to edit.

Firstly, navigate to your Groups by the following >

Once there, you can navigate/edit your groups in several ways:

Searching through Groups

On the left side, you will see the list of filters allowing you to firstly search your groups by name >

You may also use further filters to search your groups, these will also include any groups Vuelio have ready made for you. Click the switch to see those groups that only your organisation has created >

Further filters are explained below >

Group Content - Allow you to find groups which only contain either Contacts or Outlets.

Group Type - Breaks down into the type of contacts contained by the group.

Target Outlet List - Allows you to toggle those lists which are being used as Target Outlet Lists.

Filtering within a Group

Once you have located a Group of your choosing, if you click the name of the Group, you can utilize the filters on the left to search within the list >

Creating a smaller Group from a Master Group

After filtering/refining your Group, you have the ability to add those selected to a Group previously made or a brand new Group >

Type the name of your new Group, and then click "Create & Save" >

Add/Remove Contact/Outlets from your Group

Add individual Contacts to Groups - This is also similar to Adding Outlets from the respective profile too.

Removing Contacts/Outlets from a Group can be done from the Groups module. Just select the contact you wish to remove, then click the Delete button at the top of the list, the pop up will also confirm what will be removed from the Group and you will need to confirm the removal >

Rename Or Delete your Groups

If you would like to rename or delete your Group, click the Ellipsis at the top of the screen and click the option required >

Export Group Data to Excel

After selecting your contacts/outlets within the Group, click "Export" to download all the data to a CSV file >
