Contact suggestions will recommend relevant additions when a database group contains at least 10 Contacts or 10 Outlets. These suggestions are based upon information within each Contact/Outlet profile (e.g. job title, topic, media type, country, etc.).
First, navigate to the Groups section of the Vuelio platform. On the main group navigation page, you will see that there is a new column on the right-hand side. showing how many suggestions there are for certain groups.
This shows how many suggestions there are for certain groups.
To look into your suggestions, you can either click into the Suggestions logo (Image above) or, once you have clicked into your group, there is an option to go through your suggestions next to the group type and Outlet Targetting options in the top right-hand corner.
Once you click into "Suggestions" this will give you a sub-window that will list all suggested contacts or outlets for that specific group, with the ability to add or ignore contacts or outlets.
You can view these suggestions in 3 ways:
Grid
List
Compact
Name - Name of suggested Outlets/Contacts.
Media Type - Whether the new Contact/Outlet is related to a News website, Magazine etc.
Match - Contacts & Outlets are suggested with a match confidence score of 70% or higher on whether they may be related to the group in question.
Accept/Ignore - You can accept or ignore suggestions, with ignored contacts prevented from future recommendations for that specific group.
Accept/Ignore All - This gives you the ability to accept or ignore all Suggestions as a whole rather than clicking on them individually.
View Options - This is where you can change between different suggesiton view options.
Close - This will take you back to the main Group Navigation page.
This will enhance the way to add potentially more influential or relatable contacts or outlets to Press Release Recipient Groups or Target Outlet Lists.
