Within the Monitoring Inbox, the use of Tags is an idea way to segregate your coverage into specific areas of interest. In the guide below we will look into how to use these tags to create bespoke charts for your needs.

Firstly, navigate to the Monitoring inbox >

Then select the filters as you usually would. You can view a full guide on searching the platform HERE.

Click the analytics button on the top left to navigate to your Dashboards and charts >

Next, select the Mindshare dashboard >

Once on the dashboard, you will see the following set of default charts (All default to show the top 10 Tags in each) >

Mindshare By Date - Overtime, this chart shows the volume of coverage which contacts each of the Tags.

Mindshare Share of Voice - This is the volume of coverage where the Tag is referenced at least once.

Mindshare Sentiment - This chart shows the overall sentiment for each Tag.

Mindshare Outlet - By Volume, this chart shows the top outlets which mentioned Tags.

Mindshare Groups By Date - Overtime, this chart shows the total volume of coverage which contains the Tag Group's corresponding Tags.

Mindshare By AVE - Over time, this chart shows the Total AVE per Tag.

Mindshare By Reach - This provides the total Reach for each tag for this period.

Mindshare By Reach By Date - Over time, this chart showed the breakdown of the Reach by Tag.

Charts and Dashboards can be edited and created in the standard way. See THIS guide for more information.
