Templates feature in a few areas on the Vuelio platform:
Email Distribution Templates
These can be created for you by our support team, just email them via [email protected] an example of your standard emails and they can create this for you. Therefore all you will need to do is copy and paste or type in the variable content and have fixed areas of the template already created for you. e.g. Logo's, sign offs and boiler plates.
Standardized Templates
The other areas where you will find templates are in the Forward News and Alert creation areas. Both of these use the same set of pre populated templates which cannot be changed, but they differ slightly. See below for the full list available to choose from.
