Whether you take our standard or advanced Social Media monitoring, you will have certain charts dedicated to Social content.

To explore or upgrade your social media monitoring package, contact your Account Manager for assistance.

You will find all your social coverage in the same place as Traditional coverage. If you've used a prior platform for social media monitoring, Vuelio provides tools to recover or recreate your monitoring setup.

Firstly navigate to Media Monitoring >

Next. Select Social Media from the Source Type filter on the left of the screen >

You may then use the other filters and functions as usual. If you require a guide to using filters, click HERE. For Twitter (X) feeds, replies can be excluded to minimize irrelevant interactions, though filtering exclusively for replies is not supported (Speak to [email protected] for more information).

Additionally, the Saved Search functionality in Vuelio allows users to save their monitoring preferences. This includes refining searches to exclude or include specific media types, enhancing the relevance of data generated for your analysis.

Once you have selected the relevant filters and date range, click the reporting icon in the top left >

NOTE: Your default/favourite dashboard will appear first, so if this does not include Social specific charts, the data will not be included. E.g. Coverage by date does NOT include Social coverage numbers.

Select the relevant Dashboard along the top of the page, below I am using 'Social Media' >

The charts above are Social Media specific and will not include data from Traditional media coverage. We do also offer a mixed dashboard which shows both sets of data side by side.

In the image below note my filters will now include print and online coverage. I have not specified a source type. I am also now using the 'Traditional Vs Social' Dashboard >
