Whether you take our standard or advanced Social Media monitoring, you will have certain charts dedicated to Social content

Standard - Only tracks Twitter.

Advanced - Tracks Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, forums and blogs.

You will find all your social coverage in the same place as Traditional coverage.

Firstly navigate to Media Monitoring >

Once on the main dashboard, select Social Media from the Media type selection on the top right hand side >

You may then use the Advanced filters and functions as usual. If you require a guide to using filters, click HERE.

Once you have selected the coverage you wish to report on, click "Analytics" and wait for the charts to appear.

Default charts usually appear first, therefore you need to select the relevant Charting Dashboard along the top of the page. Click "Traditional Vs Social". If you initially selected all coverage types including Social, this is a good Dashboard which provides you with a breakdown of everything on one page >
