How do I login to the Database?
You may login to the Vuelio Database via https://app.vuelio.com/
I've forgotten my password, how do I get back into the Database?
Click into the Forgotten Password button on the login screen, if this is not possible or does not work for you, contact [email protected] with a screenshot of your issue.
How to add users to the Database
To add new users to your Vuelio account, ensure that your account has unused user slots or licenses. If you have exceeded your current user limit, you may need to deactivate an existing user to create space for a new one. Here’s how the process works:
Submit User Details: Provide details for the new user(s), including their name and email address.
Administration Setup: An account administrator will complete the addition of the user and send the necessary setup links, which include password reset instructions and login guidance. New users will also receive an email confirmation.
Currently, due to restrictions relating to subscriptions and payment, we are unable to provide you with a selfhelp tool to create your own users. Therefore as long as you have enough licenses you may contact [email protected] and they will arrange for a new login to be created.
Who do I talk to regarding my contract, subscription or renewal details?
