When will you be moved to Vuelio?
We plan to begin moving ResponseSource Media Database clients to Vuelio in February. This will happen in small groups over the next few months and we will be in touch at least two weeks before we plan to move you over.
Will I have the same login?
Where you login for the media database will change but you'll be able to set your own password. Your new login link is https://app.vuelio.com/
Will I still be able to access Journalist Enquiries?
If you’re a Journalist Enquiry Service subscriber you will continue to access these by logging in to ResponseSource and enquiry emails will be delivered as usual.
Will I be able to send emails to my lists?
Yes, however we recommend you update your DNS records to give Vuelio permission to send email on behalf of your domain. Details are here.
What about other ResponseSource services?
All other services are continuing as normal and you’ll continue to access these via responsesource.com.
Does this affect my subscription contract?
The move into Vuelio doesn't change your current subscription terms, please speak to your account manager with any queries.
Will I be able to access the same media data and contacts?
Yes. We've plugged the ResponseSource media database into Vuelio's database so you still have access to all the media insights you need.
Where are all my folders?
We're currently revamping the way folders work so for the time being they're not part of the new media database.
If you used folders we have moved all your press lists and features lists into Vuelio and appended the folder name to help you find them: [Folder name] - [List name].
For example if your folder was called 'July Campaign' all the lists in it will now have that name in front of it: July Campaign - national arts writers
Lists are called Groups in Vuelio, find these using the navigation menu in the top right corner. Press lists have moved into 'Groups' and features lists into 'Feature Groups'.
Will my private contacts be transferred?
Yes we'll move all the private contacts in your account into Vuelio for you to be able to access as usual.
Will my press releases be moved across?
All your previous press releases and email distributions will be moved across into the Vuelio platform along with the report data.
