Images and other documents can be embedded or linked to in your releases, Canvas, and email distributions to provide extra detail and background information in your communications.
To do this you need to upload files to your Asset Library (you can do this from the Releases editor too).
Follow the steps below to upload images and other files to your Asset Library:
On the right hand side of the platform once logged in, click the 'cog' icon in the new Vuelio navigation >
Adding and uploading images
Click 'Choose Files' and select a file from your computer (nb: you can only import one file at a time).
Click 'Import' to upload your chosen file
Your file will appear in the list and be accessible throughout Vuelio. Use the search bar to filter the list to easily find your files.
You'll now be able to access these assets from anywhere in Vuelio where you can attach or link to files and images.
File types:
jpeg, png, mp3, mp4, txt, xls, doc, csv
Maximum file size: 70MB
After uploading an image, you may see a red cross next to where it says "Print Ready"
This indicates whether the quality of your image is high enough resolution to be physically printed.
Adding to and Creating Folders
To organise your assets, you can assign a file or image to a folder at any point.
To create a new folder first, type in the name and press the + button:
*PLEASE NOTE*: If you refresh or click off the page after creating a folder, but before adding anything to it, the empty folder will auto-delete, and you’ll need to create it again.
Once the folder is created, click into the file/image and click on the dropdown labelled “Folder”.
Pick the relevant folder, then click on the purple Save icon:
