Have my existing Alerts and Searches been transferred?

Yes, all your Alerts and Searches have been successfully migrated to the new platform. There’s no need to reconfigure anything.

Has anything changed with email alerts?

Yes. Alert emails will now be sent from [email protected].

Is the navigation different?

Yes, the navigation has been updated for a more intuitive experience.

My Briefcase has disappeared, what do I do?

The Briefcase option has been removed and now it is a case of selecting coverage using the checkboxes next to the coverage. At the top it will confirm how much content has been selected. You can find out more during our overview webinar.

Are all my previous reporting features still available?

Absolutely. All your current features remain, but they are now enhanced by the upgraded platform's improved performance and usability.
