Once you have a wealth of Interactions you will want a way of reporting on them. These reports will, in turn, show the summary of everything attached to your Interactions.

Firstly navigate to the module >

Searching for historic Interactions

This overview page will provide you with a look at all interactions that have been created. You can use the filters on the left hand side to filter and limit the results which you may then transfer to charts.

For a guide on Searching for Interactions, click HERE.

Once you have selected the relevant filters, the Interactions matching will appear on the right. You have the ability to click into these and make further edits. Click HERE for a full guide >

List / Table Views

Within the Interactions module, you have the ability to switch the view of your interactions from a list view which is the default >

Or you can click the List View button on the top right, and switch this to the Table View >

This view provides the ability to choose and order which columns you wish to see, and download via the Export option above. These amendments are at the user level and will save the view for the future.

Downloading / Reporting

Excel Downloads

You may select Interactions (with the checkboxes) and click the Export button along the top of the page, this will download the Data of the interactions selected, and mirror the column set up, this can be arranged with the Table View covered above >

Charting

Once you have selected all interactions you wish to transfer to charts, click the Icon in the top left of the Interactions module >

Master Dashboards

The default Interactions dashboard is pre-designed to give you an array of useful charts for you to use. This set of charts can be edited and saved as a new Dashboard, but the original cannot be changed.

Total Interactions - Total Interactions logged for the period.

Total Contacts Engaged - Total of contacts Interactions are associated with, for the period.

Interaction by Direction - Breakdown of Interactions by Direction, initially set as Proactive & Reactive.

Custom Dashboards

You may either create brand new dashboards yourself or clone and edit (Save As) dashboards which have already been created:

Creating a New Dashboard

To create a new Dashboard altogether, it is best to select the date range required for your report. This will give you a good understanding of how the coverage will show the data in the charts you create.

Click the analytics button on the top left, then select 'Create Dashboard' on the top right >

Click the Pencil Icon on the top left and rename the dashboard, you can also add a description >

Adding Charts

If you click the Edit button on the top right of an already created Dashboard you can add (additional) charts >

Options of available charts will appear on the left hand side. These are the same list of charts which are already included in the default dashboard, however the reason for using additional charts may be due to the custom edits you can make to each.

Editing Charts

If someone has already created a dashboard or you wish to edit a Master Dashboard, firstly click into it from the dropdown selector at the top of the dashboard; then use the Edit button on the top right >

You can click an existing chart and edit it on the right hand side.

From here you can select the filters and data for that specific chart. This also works if you wish to amend a chart already on the dashboard. In the image above I've selected the Interactions by Date chart and wish to amend it using the filters on the right.

You have the options of amending the Name, Description, Date range and Chart Type can also be amended. Additionally you have the ability to change the chart based on filters. These will then override the search of the dashboard you selected initially on the left.

Select Filters at the bottom of the edit options. For a full list of filters click HERE.

The chart will then reflect the changes and only show you data from the Interactions matching the filters and options selected. Remember to click "Save" and move on to other charts on your dashboard.
