Below are a few frequently asked questions you may find useful:

I'm trying to log an Enquiry, where do I go?

Enquiries are now known in the Vuelio platform as Interactions. We have enhanced our platform so Communications from all types of client teams can be logged under one unified module. Interactions. These can used for Civil services, policy, press and stakeholder teams.

Click through to the module from your Vuelio button as usual, or get started immediately by logging an Interaction via Quick Add >

I can't find any of my Interactions?

Check your filters, as the system defaults to the last year>

How do I complete an Interaction now?

When you create/edit the Interaction, you can mark the status along the top >

Where are my Key Message options?

Key Messages are now added as custom fields. These are designed to be used across multiple teams so Vuelio can support all categories clients may require.

You will find a filter for them on the left of your navigation in filters, as well as within an Interaction (allowing you to assign to each Interaction >

How do I view my Custom Fields?

Your Custom Fields can be found and used as filters in the main Interactions page, and on the right hand side when you are clicked within an Interaction >

Can I search by my Custom Fields?

All created Custom Fields can be found in the filters area on the left of the Interactions Module >

How do I create/Edit a Custom Field?

All edits including new Custom Fields are carried out by out Support team, contact them for any changes - [email protected]

How do I link emails to my Interactions?

Emails can be forwarded to [email protected], your email will be logged. Click HERE for a full guide.

How to link Content to Interactions

When editing an interaction, click the tab on the top right, and click the link option. Search for the content and click 'Add' >

How do I lock my Interaction?

Interactions cannot be locked.

How can I find the ID number of my record/Interaction?

ID numbers can be found after you have clicked into an interaction at the very top >

Where do I find my Team Notes?

These are now labelled as Comments and can be found within Interactions, new comments can also be added here >
