How to Report Interactions

Once you have a wealth of Interactions you will want a way of reporting on them.

Downloading your interactions to excel allow you to create your own reports.

Firstly navigate to the Interactions area >

You will then see all your interactions previously input >

From here you can use the filters along the top of the sort to sort, and locate all the Interactions you wish to report on >

Once you have the set of Interactions from your search, you may click and drag to move columns to the order you require, then you can download all interactions to Excel using the 'Export All' button>

If you have the Analytics module, click through to this first >

You should then see an Interactions dashboard at the top. If you do not see this option, speak to the Support Team to arrange this addition for you >

You will need to amend the date range and also apply any other filters so you can view the interactions required. To do this, click the 3 lines icon >

Then click the funnel icon for options >
