In the Distributions module, there are several charts and options available to download and analyse.
Firstly, navigate to the Distributions module:
Distribution Breakdown
The area in the middle of the screen allows you to select each distribution to look at stats, or copy, edit or delete them. Here's a breakdown of the options:
Distribution Title - This will take you into the selected Distribution and will allow you to either see what has already been set up and sent. Or allow you to Edit and make changes to it.
Edit - As above, this allows you to click through to the selected Distribution and make changes.
Clone - The clone option create a duplicate of the Distribution.
Delete - Will remove the Distribution and all it's related reporting. You will have the option to confirm or "go back".
Individual Stats
If you click the Distribution somewhere that isn't one of the above buttons, it will show you the statistics of that Distribution.
Here you can see two tabs regarding information of a single Distribution:
This first Tab with the "i" Will allow you to view the stats of the currently selected Distribution, confirming who received, opened clicked and unsubscribed from your emails.
If you have posted this Distribution anywhere else, like your Canvas or Newsroom, then it will state the same here on this tab too.
The Box icon will provide you with confirmation as to the Tags or connections associated with this Distribution.
View Stats
This button will provide you with an overview of the Distributions within the current search criteria. If no criteria have been selected, it will show you the stats of all Distributions. Each of these charts is downloadable as a JPG file individually.
Email Deliver Status - is this just default to if any of the emails have been opened?
No outlets were sent these distributions, therefore 0.
Categories pertain to those chosen when the Distribution was created, these can also be added/amended retrospectively.
Distributions by Outlet - Again no data to display as no outlets emails were included.
This will enable you to confirm which contacts you are using the most.
List/Table View
List View: This is the default view, where each Distribution will be in a tile format.
Table View: Presents your Distributions in a more traditional table layout.
You can also add, remove and move columns from your table by using the dropdown next to the List View/Table view button, then use click and drag to move the columns.
Exporting
Use the tick boxes to select the distributions you wish to export, or the tick box and the Export button to select everything within your search.
Once you have your distributions selected, press the export button to download a CSV file you can open up as a spreadsheet. If you have amended your table view, it will export in the same format.
Distributions Reporting
Clicking the Analytics button on the top left while in the Distributions module will allow you to view the charting dashboard, which will analyse the data sourced from the filters selected on the left hand side.
This will show you all the default charts available. and will give you the ability to download each individually, or export all charts to a PDF.
There are a few options with different type of charts.
JPG download - Some charts (typically number charts) only have the option of downloading to a JPG when clicking the 3 Lines button:
Some charts (Bar and Pie charts) will provide you with a few more options:
'Detailed' - This allows you to view a larger version of the chart, aswell as a breakdown of the data.
Chart Type - Just select the Icon to change the current type of chart to another.
PDF Download - This will allow you to download the whole dashboard as a PDF document.
