These allow you to search historically through your Distributions to enable you to report on them in the future.

Firstly navigate to the Distributions module >

Filters

On the left you are then presented with a large array of filters to be able to look through your releases and potentially report on them >

Let's firstly look at the filters. The filters above allow you to:-

Name - Search for a Distribution(s) by name

Direction - Here you may choose from either Proactive or Reactive. When creating Distributions you will be able to select how it relates to the rest of your campaign.

Distributions Status - What type of Distributions are you looking for? Are they emails? Posted to Canvas? Or are they published to your website?

Global Category - When you create and send Distributions you have the ability to categorise them relating to your Business areas. However these are fully customisable and you may speak to our support team if you need to change these in the future.

Owner - Are you just looking for your own releases to create a report? or just Distributions created by a select few?

Release Status -

Scheduled - Between what dates was the Distributions Scheduled?

Sub Client - An optional metric you can add to categorisations.

Tag - What are the Tags attached to the Distributions you are looking for?

Team - An optional metric you can add to categorisations.

Business Unit - An optional metric you can add to categorisations.

Region - An optional metric you can add to categorisations.

Release Type -

Saved Searches

Saved searches allow you to save the filters previously selected to use again, without having to remember or add them again. If you are looking to view a set of Distributions by a certain user, or if you are an agency you can look up Distributions for certain clients at the click of a couple of buttons, instead of having to select all filters time and time again.

Set your filters first, then click Create along the top >

Here you can then name your search and click "Save".

If the future you can bring up a previously saved search by clicking "Load" and selecting the search. The platform will then restore the filters you chose for that search and the Distributions matching that selection will appear.
