How to create reports based on Enquiry communications

With Enquiries reporting, you can build a picture of your most frequently asked questions, or what types of questions you and your teams spend time answering, or to include further reports in your weekly or monthly meetings.

Firstly, you will need to have created some Enquiries in the platform, and have the Analytics module enabled. Speak to your Account Manager for more information.

Click through to the Analytics module >

Along the top of the page, as long as support have enabled the Analytics tools, you should see the option above standard Monitoring charts to click 'Enquiries':

This will then provide you with all Enquiries charts available:
