The sunsetting process will begin and conclude in August 2023.
The reason for this decision is that the Document Importer has not been widely adopted by our users and has been replaced with superior functionality within the main text-editor, which will maintain formatting from your document.
We understand that the Document Importer may have been important to some of our users, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. As an alternative, we recommend pasting your document content directly within the editor as this will maintain all formatting correctly.
