Our IT team will firstly need to create an account for you to forward your Media Enquiries/emails to. This then allows you to send an Email to the Vuelio platform and view/log the email as an Enquiry.
You will initially need to have access to the Enquiries module. You will also require a dedicated forwarding email address for your organisation. Contact [email protected] to get this set up.
Once you are set up for this function, any emails you receive can be forwarded to the relevant email. In the usecase below, a media request is forwarded as an attachment to my dedicated email which sets this up as an enquiry in Vuelio: -

Once sent, navigate to the Enquiries module >
After only a minute or two, you will see the enquiry appear in your list of Enquiries >
As you can see above, Vuelio will link the Contact and the Outlet within the platform by linking it's email address details. If a profile does not already exist, it creates a profile under our Organisation (Vuelio Public Mailing Outlet) to save the enquiry >
NOTE: The Forwarding is designed to help speed up the process but is not intended to replace creating private contact data.
When you're next in the platform and populating the remaining fields in the Enquiry, you can create your own private Contact and swap out the temporary one >
Click "add" on the bottom right once done. If you have typed in the name of an outlet which doesn't exist in the platform, a profile will be created automatically and you will need to use the quicksearch to locate and then add additional info via the Actions > Edit option in the profile.
