The News Archive will be gradually enabled for existing online media monitoring users. The monitoring licence your organisation holds may also restrict access to this content.
New Search Tooltips
We've added tooltips to the Keyword and Boolean filters to help guide users build the best search possible. The Boolean search in particular is a very powerful tool for finding articles and we want to encourage users to try this where appropriate.

The traditional Keyword boxes include a basic tooltip to help clarify the different use cases of Any vs All vs Exclude.
New error message when no results found
We've expanded the existing error message when no results are found, which now includes suggestions for improving your search, clearing, or loading a Saved Search.
This new message has also been applied to all existing MCD pages, such as Contact & Outlet search.
Other Improvements
Updated mobile view - search filters and sorting will now minimise to improve usable space when viewed using a mobile or tablet.
The 'Total Views' listed against article Outlets will now also be displayed within preview panels.
