Introduction

Search filters used to find relevant Contacts or Outlets can be saved within your account and effortlessly applied repeatedly to find updated results with the same filters.

Create a New Saved Search

From the Contact or Outlet search page, apply the appropriate filters that you normally use to find relevant results. In the image below I have selected the "Applied" filters button to review my options >

Once you're happy with the search, click 'Create' in the area on the left >

Enter a Name for your search and click Save >

Success! A notification will confirm that your search has been saved >

Load or Clear an existing Saved Search

Click 'Load' to view all searches stored within your account >

Select a search to Load and view its results immediately. You may then select this updated list of results and save to a Group.

The text Filter can help you locate specific searches once you've accumulated a larger number of saved searches >

If a Saved Search has already been loaded, click the name of the search at the top then "Load Another Search" to switch between searches OR "Remove Search & Filters" to start a new one >

Update or Change a Saved Search

Load an existing search (using the steps above) and amend the search criteria by adding and/or removing filters.

Click 'Save' to save these latest changes >

A notification will confirm that your Saved Search has been updated with these latest changes >

Rename / Delete a Saved Search

Load an existing Saved Search and click Options.

Change the Name and click Save to apply the change >

Delete a Saved Search by again loading the search and click Options.

Click Delete Search >

Review the warning pop-up and either delete search or go back.

Warning: Deletion is permanent!
