It is possible to find lists of all Councillors via the Contacts module.

Firstly navigate to the Contacts module >

For this search, the main filters to use are; Political Contact Type & the main Search bar to search for the Ward. You may then also use other filters if you wish to refine your search further>

Once you have selected stakeholders you would like to add to your own Group, you will see they will have been added to your Briefcase >

Click through to the Briefcase and then you may either type the name of an existing or type a new name and create a new Group. Then click Save >
