Firstly, navigate to the Political Contacts module >

By using the shortcuts you can easily locate lists of contacts in their respective legislative group.

For example, to locate a list of all MP’s, firstly select the House of Commons shortcut, then select Constituencies>

You can then filter the results using the columns along the top e.g. Constituency.

Members within their respective legislative bodies are searched the same way, here's a breakdown:

MSPs - Member of the Scottish Parliament - Select the Scottish Parliament shortcut > Constituencies.

MSs - Members of the Senedd - Select the Senedd Cymru/Welsh Parliament shortcut > Constituencies.

MLAs - Member of Legislative Assembly - Select the Northern Ireland Assembly shortcut > Constituencies.

MEPs - Member of European Parliament - Select the European Parliament shortcut > Constituencies.

London AMs - Assembly Member - Select the Greater London Authority shortcut > Constituencies.

Once you have selected stakeholders you would like to add to your own Group, you will see they will have been added to your Briefcase:

Click through to the Briefcase and then you may either type the name of an existing or type a new name and create a new Group. Then click Save.
