The Quicksearch is found at the very top of the platform main screen.

It's always in the same place so if you need to find a Stakeholder quickly, you can do so with ease.

Simply type the name of the profile you wish to see and click into it:

Selecting an individual will allow you to view their profile. On this MAIN tab you will see personal information as well as useful information pertaining to their professional position within Government.

Profile information is obtained by our Political research team from numerous sources to provide you with the most up to date information possible.

A profile also includes information regarding the current and previous committees on which they sit, as well as their political background including details of their staff.

Personal information pertaining to best ways of getting in contact, and also the ability to attach and save documents are also found in the MAIN tab. There you will also find confirmation of the Groups you have already saved them to.

The Attached Records Tab along the top of the profile is used to show all the main points of communication with the individual.

You will be able to see all Interactions which have been logged by your organisation against the profile.

This Tab will also provide Monitoring (- Contact) which has been obtained using the contacts direct sources e.g. their Twitter account.

Monitoring – Related Contact would obtain content from sources which mention the individual. E.g. The Party/Council they are a part of.

If you feel a profile requires an update of some information, you may contact our Political Research team via [email protected].
