There are a few ways of downloading contact information from the Vuelio Database. Exporting contact data is a key feature of Vuelio, and this guide will also address its limitations and workarounds for effective management.

Please note: We advise not to keep information downloaded for extended periods of time. The beauty of the platform is that the contact information is updated on a regular basis. Therefore contact details may change in between you downloading and using the information at a later date.

Individual Profile Information

Navigate to a contacts profile via quicksearch and you have the opportunity to download the entire profile to a PDF document:

From this selection, a new window will provide you with the options of what specific info you would like to download. Just un-select what you don't require and click 'Download':

In Bulk

You may also download contact information in bulk - To do this, consider the following alternative methods:

  1. Save Contacts to a Group:

    • Add the desired contacts from the Contact/Outlet profile to a Group.

    • Navigate to the saved Group and use the 'Export' option to export the contacts >

  2. Use the Contacts Module with Outlet Filtering:

    • Open the Contacts module in Vuelio.

    • Use the Outlets filter to find the organization you are interested in (e.g., 'a specific outlet or organization').

    • Select the relevant contacts that match your filtering criteria.

    • Use the 'Export' option to create a downloadable file of these contacts.

3. From a new search you have conducted:

  • Run a new search.

  • Before saving it to a group, click the Actions button and select "Export CSV". This will save your selected contacts/outlets to an Excel file: Note: Although the system mentions Excel, files are typically exported in CSV format, which is compatible with most spreadsheet software >
