Using the Search Recent Coverage allows you to make searches in our Media Database to return contacts who have mentioned your keywords or phrases recently in online coverage.

Let look into how to use it. Firstly navigate to the Contacts module >

Once there, down the left side of the screen, the Search Recent Coverage allows you to search through our archive of online coverage within the last 90 days to locate journalists who have mentioned the keywords or phrases entered in the field.

Type into the field your desired keyword/phrase and press enter. You will then see a list of all contacts who have mentioned this keyword in their articles >

You will see the yellow article icon on the right hand side which will then allow you to see the articles, the keyword(s) searched for will be highlighted in pink >

If you'd like to look further at the article, just click on the link icon.

NB. This filter also reacts to other filters added so you can target your contacts further.
