Tags and Tag Groups allow you to create bespoke reports concentrating on the coverage important to you.

These are usually set up as part of your brief and will automatically allow the Vuelio platform to identify coverage which mentions these sets of keywords.

But what happens when you want to report on overarching projects or campaigns? Certain words may not even be mentioned. Therefore manual tags are required.

An example of this is when you wish to mark your coverage as Reactive or Proactive, there is nothing within the coverage which lets you know this without a human eye.

If there isn't already a desired Tag Group, you will need to create that first by contacting [email protected].

Creating Tags

Once the Tag Group is created you can add further tags, as long as you have the relevant permissions.

Firstly, navigate to the Cog Wheel >

This is also where you will see all your autotags.
Just click New Tag on the top left >

  1. Select the Manual checkbox. This means you wont have to enter a keyword string to identify and tag coverage automatically. NOTE: if you in fact want to add more autotags to your account, please contact the support team.

  2. Select the Tag Group you wish to add to.

  3. Add in the name of the Tag you wish to create.
Then click SAVE at the top.

Adding Tags to coverage

Now your new Tag will be available to select and add Additional Tags in your Media Monitoring module >

Remember to select your coverage first, then choose your new tag from the dropdown list within the Tag Group >

Removing Tags from Coverage

From time to time you may also need to remove tags from coverage. Select coverage you wish to remove the tag from and select the Remove Tags icon from the "Bulk Update" row of options >

Then choose the tag you wish to remove from the from the dropdown list within the relevant Tag Group, once you click remove your coverage will no longer have that Tag assigned to them >
