In order to upload your own Group / list of contacts into the platform, you first need to merge your data to our own template.
Please make sure you read the instructions on the template, otherwise the upload into the platform will not be possible.
NOTE: Adding contacts to Groups
This is possible via the same spreadsheet, in the Groups Column, to link your Private contacts with Groups already created in your Vuelio account, make sure you enter the name of the Group EXACTLY. If you wish to add a contact to Multiple Groups, you may use this naming convention:
Group One|Group Two|Group Three
You will then need to delete the top 3 Rows from the spreadsheet as these are for instructional purposes only.
Save the template as a .CSV file as per below >
Within the platform, click the Cog icon on the top right of your screen and select "Contact import" >
From here you can select "choose file" and upload your completed template, the platform will then ask you to confirm if some information should match >
Once you tick those and all the other columns have been matched on the right hand side, you can select the Process button at the bottom >
You will then get confirmation to confirm the processing has completed.
Your Private Contacts are now searchable and available to add to your Groups. These are indicated by a padlock next to the name >
