When sending press releases, you may have contacts which have unsubscribed from your Groups.

You can see all these unsubscribed contacts from within the platform. Firstly, navigate to the Contacts module >

In your filters, you can then select and filter all contacts in the platform which have unsubscribed, these will then appear on the right >

Alternatively, before sending your Press Releases, if you'd like to check if any contacts have unsubscribed from your specific Groups you intend to send your Distribution to, you can follow the same above, and also select your Groups from the filter >
