Before sending out distributions, it is important to review contact subscription statuses across your account. Vuelio allows you to filter and view contacts who have unsubscribed—either across the entire platform or within specific distribution groups—to ensure clean contact lists and compliant outreach.
View All Unsubscribed Contacts (Platform-Wide)
To view a comprehensive list of all contacts who have unsubscribed across your account:
Navigate to the Contacts module.
Select the Unavailable Contacts filter option from the search filters panel.
Then select the Unsubscribed filter from the submenu.
View the full list of unsubscribed contacts displayed on the right side of the screen.
Check Unsubscribed Contacts for Specific Groups
To check if any contacts within a target distribution group have unsubscribed prior to launching a campaign:
Repeat the above process.
Apply the Groups filter and select the specific group(s) you plan to include in your press release distribution.
Review the filtered results:
If contacts appear: These individuals have unsubscribed from the selected group(s).
If no contacts appear: No contacts in the selected group have unsubscribed, and you may proceed with creating and sending your distribution as planned.
