When conducting a search against recent articles a contact has published, you can receive a mix of possible content. Some of these articles have no restrictions and are allowed to be shared with anyone who uses the platform, while others have licensing restrictions from organisations such as the NLA.

In such cases, you might see a message that looks like this:

Why is some content licensed?

Some licensing bodies require a paid licence to view specific content to ensure that the publisher of the article is appropriately compensated for their work. If you pay for media monitoring with Vuelio, you should already have the relevant licences according to what you have purchased.

I have media monitoring with Vuelio, why can't I view this content?

We want to bring everyone in our platform exciting, new features as soon as possible. We do intend to make this content available to users who have the appropriate licence, but as we build that capability we wanted everyone to be able to immediately benefit from being able to search unlicensed content that anyone is allowed to see.
