You can add private contacts to Vuelio which can only be seen by users in your organisation.
Add a single contact
Navigate to the contacts module >
Click New Contact >
OR
Use the Quick Add function at the top of the Vuelio platform and select 'Contact' >
The Main details on the left hand side is the very least information for you to complete, these are also marked with a * >
On the right hand, this information will make up the rest of the profile in the database >
Next is the information regarding the Role/Job Title and Outlet the contact is associated with. Type in the name of the outlet to search the database and add the contact to it, or click 'Create New Outlet'. Please note, creating a new outlet from this page only allows you to add the name of the outlet and add a short description, if you wish to add more information, create the outlet first by following steps on the Create a Private Outlet instructional or look up the Outlet at a later time to update it. >
NOTE: The information you populate in the above fields are also used to map the contact into the database, therefore if you choose topics for this private contact, they will then appear in searches along with all the other contacts in the database with those same topics.
The more details you can add, the easier it will be to find the contact in search results.

View your private contacts
To view your private contacts navigate to the 'Contacts' module, then click 'Private Contact Results Only' in the search filters >
