Sometimes you'll get enquiries from people or media outlets that you don't find relevant. You can choose to block these senders using the blacklist tool.

Use the blacklist this sender link in Journalist Enquiry Service emails

You can exclude a specific sender of media outlet from your enquiry email feed by clicking the links at the bottom of each email.

1. Login to https://app.responsesource.com/myaccount/journalistenquiry/blacklist
2. To block a specific sender enter their email address and click 'Block'.

3. To block all enquiries from a media outlet start typing in the box and select from the list that appears.

4. If you change your mind and want to remove a sender or outlet from your blacklist, log back in here and click 'Remove'.
