How to set up keyword highlighting in Journalist Enquiries

To help you spot suitable Journalist Enquiries quicker you can add keywords to your account settings which will highlight matched enquiries for you.

How to set up keywords:

1. Login to https://app.responsesource.com/myaccount/journalistenquiry

2.On the 'Keywords' tab, add as many keywords as you like. These will look for exact match in your Journalist Enquiry feed. You can choose if you want to use partial match for any of your keywords.

3. When a Journalist Enquiry contains at least one of your keywords we will include + KEYWORD + in the email subject line and highlight your keywords in the body text (as in the screenshot above). For example:

[RS-StaffJourno] + KEYWORD + Newsweek International, Joe Bloggs, for 15 Aug 2018 12:00, Editorial request (ResponseSource)
