The most common reasons for enquiries not getting through are:

  1. Delivery is paused
    Fix this by logging into My Account. If enquiries are paused click 'Resume' to restart delivery.

  2. Enquiries blocked by spam filter
    ​
    We recommend all subscribers whitelist ResponseSource to ensure timely delivery of all journalist request emails.

  3. Enquiries are being 'junked' or auto-filed by an inbox rule
    ​
    Check your email account for any automated inbox filing rules.

  4. Your subscription has expired
    ​
    Contact your account manager to check this.
