The user Dashboard is the Home page for your Vuelio platform. It gives you easy access to all platform modules as well as a snapshot of recent activity as soon as you sign in.
The Dashboard is split into 3 sections:
The Sidebar
The side gives you access to modules quickly, as well as the ability to manage areas of your platform.
Quick Links
This menu will show what modules you have available on your platform. This will open up onto the main Dashboard area.
Manage & Settings
This section allows you to view, create, amend and manage the following:
Alerts: This will bring up a list of all your current news Alerts that you can amend. You can also create a news alert.
Tags: This is the main area to view your current Monitoring Tags. You can also amend and create new tags for this section.
Feeds: A list of your current monitoring feeds
Clipbook: A list of PDF clipbooks you have created from the Monitoring Inbox.
Article Relationships: Link coverage received with the distributions previously sent, Interactions logged and Subjects created.
Search & Create
Near the top of the window, you can use the search bar to type in specific keywords across the whole platform.
Below are your options to quickly create Interactions, Subjects, Contacts, Outlets & Distributions. These options will be dependent on what modules you have in your Vuelio Package.
The Main Dashboard
This is the main section that will store a customised home dashboard as well as show platform areas you have clicked into from the sidebar on the left.
To customise your Dashboard, use the Customise Button in the top right corner
This will give you a selection of customisable tiles to add and remove from your Dashboard. Simply tick the boxes of the wanted tiles, then press save.
At the top is the Quick Stats tile
This can be customised further by clicking the cog symbol in the top right of the quick stats box.
Below are the the module widgets you add to your dashboard:
Simply just tick the box to enable the widget adn choose whether you want the widget half or full width of the screen.
You can see above that you have another list of quick stat options to be added to that top tile. Tick the boxes of the tiles you need and press save.

JES Enquiries.
Active Alerts.
Distributions.
Most Active User.
Below is a description of each widget for the different areas of our platform that can be displayed on your dashboard:
All widgets can be switched between half-view and full-view. This would be by clicking the 3 lines in the top right of each widget tile.
Overall
Recent Activity: Up-to-date listing of recent inputs into the platform (logged interactions, published distributions, etc.).
Global Work Breakdown: Shows you the current status levels of your platform modules.
Database
My Groups: A list of your current Database groups split into 3 tabs. All your groups, Groups modified by yourself and Target Outlet Lists.
Forward Features: Current Listings of Features split into All, Upcoming Deadline, This Week, This Month.
Feature Groups: A list of your current Feature groups split into 3 tabs. All your groups, Groups modified by yourself and Recently Created.
Distributions
Distributions: Your latest Distributions Split into All, Drafts, and Completed
Monitoring Inbox
Today's Latest Monitoring: Showing the latest articles that have come through to the platform.
Stakeholder Management
Interactions
Interaction Status Breakdown: This presents the current status levels of all interactions.
Interactions Over Time: The total of interactions logged over time in group form.
Interactions Leaderboard: Showing which user has created and completed the most Interactions
Incoming Interactions: Interactions that are close to their deadlines or have just passed them. You can view this from the last 24 hours, 7 days or older.
My Interactions: List of interactions split into tabs of Overdue, Due Soon, Later and Completed.
Subjects
My Subjects: List of Subjects split into tabs of Your Favourites, Updated, In Progress and Completed.
Journalist Enquiries
Journalist Enquiries: Showing Journalist enquiries in list form that are due this week or have recently been submitted.
The User Dashboard gives the starting point to get a quick overview of your platform's current process, as well as navigate fast to where you need to go. These accessibility improvements help you find what you need fast and more efficiently.
