Searching for APPG's (All Party Parliamentary Groups) and Select Committees in the Vuelio Political Database can be done in two ways:

The Groups area provides details of all groups created in the platform, either by us or by you. If you have access to the Political contacts, you will already have a wealth of groups in your platform. These groups are how we map the Database, so you will see Committees, APPG's and lots of other Group types across all institutions:

Firstly, navigate to the Groups Module >

Using the Search Groups box on the left and type in the name/topic of the committee/APPG you require, then to narrow the search further, select the Group Type filter and select the types of lists you wish to look for >

From the results you can see columns confirming name, group type, when the Group was updated, and then the amount of individual or organisations contained within >

To search within these to view the members, click the name >

This will then give you the opportunity to select and create your own list of contacts.

You can also navigate and locate individuals from APPG's and Committees via the Political Contacts module.

Using the filters on the side you can use the Institution filter, and select the arrow next to the relevant institution for the APPG/Committee you require.

For example, select House of Lords, click the arrow next to Select Committee to see the list of Committees, then in turn, use the search bar, or select the relevant Committee to see the members of the selected >

Then select and save the contacts as usual.
