If you require the details of an individual in parliament or government, the quicksearch is a look up tool within the Vuelio platform.
The Quicksearch is found at the very top of your platform. If you have access to the Political or Media Database, this will ALWAYS show in this position. You do not need to click into the Vuelio button or any specific module.
Click the Search Database prompt and type in the name of the individual or organisation. Suggestions will populate for you to select >
Selecting an individual will allow you to view their profile.
Profile information is obtained by our Political research team from numerous sources to provide you with the most up to date information possible >
Contact Information
At the top of the profile, you will see details regarding the immediate contact information for the individual. A profile image, Topics assigned (used in mapping of the Political Database) and contact information, including links to socials. This information can be copied where the appropriate icon is included >
About
The profile will include Party details, constituency, majority and when they were first elected if applicable. As well as the following additional information collected by our Political Research team.
Staff -
Staff information will be listed here, and you will have the opportunity to select with checkboxes and save to a group, and/or hover over the email icon to copy their email address.
Background - Background info includes Professional & Recreational interests which are also searchable from the Political Contact Search - Click HERE for a full guide.
Education - Educational Background.
Bio - This includes the individuals story, of where they started their journey and how they arrived where they are.
Occupation - Details of the individuals political and non-political professions where applicable.
Further Details - Place of birth, family and address details.
Committees and APPG's -
Here you will find links to Current and Past Committees and APPG's the individual is a part of, these are also clickable which then takes you to the committee/APPG from which you can then either select individuals or create a group from all.
Groups -
In this area you can see all the groups this individual has been added to. These will include groups created by Vuelio and those created by your organisation.
If you click into any of these, you will then be able to select and add individuals or all to a new group for you to use for future communications.
Twitter/X Feed -
The individual's twitter feed can also be found on the profile.
Linked Profiles -
This area will show links to associated profiles.
Profile Options
At the very top of the profile pages, you will see options for interacting and connecting other modules and functionality.
Set Relationship - This option allows the quick categorisation of an individual, a simple Green, Amber Red selection. Which is then enabled as a filter in the Political Database (click HERE for a full guide)
Save - Saving the profile allows you to add the individual to either a new or existing Group (list) for use with sending a mass email or logging communications in the future.
Download PDF - The PDF download allows the mass saving of all parts of the profile, you will see a prompt where you can unselect the info not required, and then select Download (to a PDF file).
Actions -
Add Private Data: Allows you to add private data you have collected to override what we currently have.
Forget Contact: Essentially unsubscribes the contact from receiving your emails sent through the platform.
Add Interactions: This allows you to add a communication to your Interactions module, for logging meetings, calls and any other type of event where this contact was included. Click HERE for a full guide.
Records - This option allows you to view all the connections currently logged in the Vuelio platform, including Groups the individual is a part of, Distributions (emails) sent to the individual, Interactions logged, and Subjects where the Individual has been included.
Comments - From here you can add and view comments written by your organisations users against this individual. These are also included in the PDF download.
